Hi, I'm Wilson Santinelli: in my studio in Fano I focus on professional portrait photography and corporate portraits that convey the identity of a person and their role. I believe a good portrait is more than a pleasing image — it’s a visual message designed to communicate professionalism, personality and trust. My approach combines technical skill, empathy and attention to detail. Before every session I listen to the client: together we define the desired mood, the context where the images will be used and the message to be communicated. From this planning phase I choose the ideal setup — an environmental portrait, a studio headshot or a shoot on company premises — and determine lighting and framing to highlight the person within their professional context. I use professional equipment, flash systems and thoughtfully designed lighting solutions to model faces and textures with naturalness. My experience in environmental portraiture allows me to tell a person’s role through the space around them, while studio headshots are crafted for those who need clean, functional images for institutional profiles. During the shoot my goal is to make you feel comfortable: I work calmly, suggest natural poses and gestures, and aim to build a trusting rapport that will show in the final images. I guide clients through expressions and posture while encouraging authenticity so the portrait truly represents them. In post-production I apply professional retouching and calibrated color grading, preserving the subject’s authenticity while delivering images optimized for both digital use and print.
